What if a Zombie Outbreak occurs in Cebu City what would you do?

first get some guns then a mele weapon or much better a sword. get some supplies, find a temporary shelter, then study the zombie uncharacteristic to avoid them. find an ideal place to re organize the human for counter. search for a scientist that is capable of making a vaccine to build an immunity to its virus. then wipe them out. if all else failed then we are doomed. :P
