definitely i3-3220 coz its Ivy-and if ur still planning to buy a motherboard, get a cheap B75-based-motherboard coz naa native sata3 and usb3.

Bro if dli ra kaayu tight imo budget, change nlng to B75, pede ka mag msi b75 kay 4 slots pd para sa ram hehe tag 2,900 rman guru gyapn na krn.

kun tight gyud ang budget... a H61 chipset mobo will do the trick... ok ra gyud kaayo ang H61... user ko for H61 mobo... 3 units... hehehe... even a purely gaming rig can use a H61 chip set mobo... again, kun gusto ug lami na fps, paresi ug mid level GPU as minimum... a H61 and Z77 mobo will have a very significant difference in terms of fps during gaming... granting the same CPU ang gamiton. naa ko study, you can refer to that benchmark...

sulit kaayo gihapon ni sya... by the way, a 2 ram slot is ok. not just ok but very acceptable in todays standards... 8 GB is large enough... 16 GB is over kill... again, igo pud ko ani... tsk tsk tsk... my gaming rig is 16 GB... wala'y gamit... hehehe... pero, kun mag wiork ug large files na mo kaon ug 16 GB, we'll, ma justify ang gasto... ok ra pud sya... i-balance lang kun asa ihapak ang budget... ayaw mo sunod nako na gipuno ang ram slots para aethetics only... pero, kun mag 16 GB or 32 GB, wla gihapon probs... its our own money man pud... pero, equivalent lang sa nag usik2x ta... igo gani ko, pero, this is reality... hehehehe

Contrary to what many would think that id have a killer rig, i only have an H55 for a board. No sata3, no pcie3, no usb3 but i have no complaints. If budget is a big issue for a gaming build, its not too bad going for a lesser mb as long as you dont trim down on the vc. Weigh the advantage you gain against the disadvantages when shifting your budget in favor of another component.

good day istoryans, with a budget of 30k, preferably for video editing and gaming, not realy in to gaming pero im currently using my laptop for editing video stuff 2010 ASUS nga Core2Duo ni, sahay mag ungot2 nah, nya ganahan ta ko mag build og pc for editing medyo for gaming napd, naay makasuggest anah nga rig, I'm planning to buy this dec. 23 or 24 so murag last minute suggestion nlng, nag pangita pd ko og mga affordable nga pc shop ako nakit-an kanang atbang sa SM nga PCX...cheers and salamat sa maka suggest. nana pd koy monitor daan nga 23inch KTC which is nindot kaayo ang experience so far. Preferably kanang AMD.
