delikado na jud ron dah...
According to a doctor acquaintance of mine, even if a person already has HIV virus, dili pa na dretso ma detect sa blood test. The person has to wait 3 months after his last sexual encounter before he should be tested for HIV.
BUT! according to this site, 6 months daw mag wait. ---> AIDS Information, Education, Action, Awareness | Comprehensive Guide to HIV Testing
"* It takes up to 6 months for the HIV virus to be detected. If you have tested before this time has passed, you should test again to allow for this."
Sa ato pa kung mag pa HIV test ka una ni labay ni'ng unom ka buwan human sa imong kinatapusa'ng lawasnong binuhatan (sexual encounter), you could have a false negative - meaning basin negative imong test result kay wala pa man na detect ang virus, pero positive diay.
So unsa man gyud 3 months or 6 months? If you are really concerned, know these things first hand from someone who is authorized to do these testings. But do know that it takes some time for the virus to be detected in your blood.
Anyway, just thought you guys should know. Because even though abortretryfail's "the future of dating" is funny, kung naay attractive man/woman nga mo hatag sa inyuha ug medical record that says they are negative for HIV/AIDS, unya sayup diay ang ilang pag undergo sa testing, mao ra gihapon... posible gihapon nga the person is HIV positive.

I believe that xxx workers are only blood tested every six months. Surely they should be tested every month for safety's sake. Also hygiene id should be biometric to stop cheating. I heard that many girls use multiple identities so they can continue to work in different places.
It's quite scary when you think about it in terms of maths.
Actor with HIV allowed to enter Philippines
The Philippine immigration chief has rescinded an order barring a movie and theater actor who is HIV positive from entering the country.
Filipino-Australian actor Marcelino Cavestany says he was stopped upon arrival at the Manila airport on Sunday because his name appeared on an immigration blacklist.
Immigration Commissioner Ronaldo Ledesma said Thursday that Cavestany's inclusion on the list by his predecessor is a violation of the Philippines' international commitment to allow freedom of travel of persons infected with HIV-AIDS. He says the actor is free to enter and his name has been expunged from the list.
He said he was originally listed because an official claimed the actor intended to spread HIV.

Another example of how incompetent people working in the Philippine government are. Naka passar ba kaha ni sila sa Civil Service exams IQ test?

but he has a point with regards to the freedom to travel.. we can't discriminate them just bcoz they hav HIV.. lets just hope they wont spread the disease!
