i had anxiety attack almost 2 years na pero kron na ulian na jud intawon ko tanx god...inyo buhaton ana e divert ra jud inyo mind sa lain butang ayaw paghuna2 na mka anxiety nimo kay mosamot rana...do exercise jud den free your mind ug think permi ug positive ky wlay tambal ana ikaw ra mismo maka ayo sa imo anxiety...
good thing this thread still exist! late 2007 man diay ni nag sugod akong panic attacks.
gi refer nako sa company doctor, giingnan man nuon ko nga pagklaro dinha kay dili covered sa insurance ang mental issues, patay!
from 2007 till 2019...naay pa gihapon random attacks nga mahitabo.
pero this year 2019, maoy pinaka worst! it started again Jan02 and stayed till Jan07 24/7, mukalma lang siya ig ma busy ko sa ofc pero ig ka taud-taud nga mamingaw na, motukar na pud....mo kalma ra siya kadyot unya mo grabe ig ka gabii, I just prayed Our father... Hail Mary... Glory be...like a broken record, usahay mo untol ang dagom makalimot nako asa nako dapit sa prayer... till I dozed off. Inig mata nako, lain gihapon akong pamati. I lost around 20lbs kay walay gana man ika-on oi...i like it though nga ni gaan ko hahaha.
Sa tantong inukay sa internet, I stumbled on the net about antacids as remedy to this bouts.
So, on Jan06 I took Kremil-S(2tablets), hapon tu, ni gawas ko sa office para buy ug Kremil-S, pagka ka gabii murag nikalma siya.
Then, naa man diay mi TUMS pud nga tablet deri sa medicine cabinet namo, so mao na tu akong gi-ugom(kay chewable man pud).
Kremil-S ingredient = Famotidine, Calcium Carbonate and Magnesium Hydroxide
TUMS ingredient = Calcium carbonate
Jan08 feeling normal na akong pamati and Jan10, I regained my 20lbs. wtf.
Feb...naay mga feelings nako nga about to start ang attack, mo ugom lang ko dayun ug TUMS.
SO, naa no koy ready to chew nga TUMS. Karon.
I also see to it that I can walk 10,000 steps a day to keep me fit.
Unya eat regularly para kung mabuang gyud, at least kusgan!
March till karon, wala na mo atake. hopefully, out na siya.

bro, divert yourself from those stuffs nga mka trigger sa imo panic attacks.
eat well, sleep early, talk to your friends and loved ones and open up, relax before you sleep, exercise regularly, do some yoga or meditation of you can, and lastly, take Magnesium supplements, you can buy some in Healthy Options SM or Ayala.
Trust the process, embrace the process, don't expect fast changes. stay calm always and again, diversion.

Ana jud, it's a journey. So just trust the process. Kung ma caught off guard nya kalit lang ug tukar, importante kaayu breathing exercise. Just do the 4-7-8 relaxation technique. 4 seconds inhale sa nose, hold for 7 seconds nya exhale sa mouth for 8 seconds. In 3-5 minutes hopefully you'll feel better na. Effective pud ni before mu sleep.
Fortunately, this spared me. Periodically there is mild depression, but who does not experience it in the modern world?
Do you take some medicine from it? Maybe you can recommend something to me... I have been looking for it on Canadian Pharmacy, and I found some good options there. But I would appreciate any tips here anyway. Thank you!
