    3 shifts ra na, monthly ang change og shifts.

    6am - 3pm
    2pm - 11pm
    10pm - 7am

    pero kung naa ka sa New Zealand nga Account... imo In is same time mo IN ang NZ office.

    not really sure pag-abot sa quota kung unsa ang mga policy ana, but when it comes to attrition rate or unsa man lain term ana, iComm is very selective. when company hired someone, we are not hiring for disposable “jobs” cause we don't want to waste our time and money.     i'll take my chance nalang dre....gamay ramn xag offer compared sakong job before and 85% prehas raxag job description, mga pngbuhaton and all, feeling nako mura rakog ni downgrade in terms of salary ra nuon. pero bahin sa working environment,wla pa hinoon koy idea kay sa previous company nako, wala mnko kauyon sa working environment and etc bisag dakog sweldo.

    timbanga lang jud and base ang imo decision sa imo financial needs.
