In terms of engineering experience, which is better Flour or LRDC?

I just want to ask if you are hiring Fresh Grad BSCE. and recently passed the board exam; prefers to be a structural designer, proficient in Autocad both 2D and 3D modeling, also STAAD pro. I had experience in structural designing for residential only during my studies, sort of sideline; I am willing to be train.

if their is no chances for the job that I prefer, any trade will do that is relevant to my field of study including Quantity Surveying, i just want a better compensation for my family and a best experience for my career. tnx a lot Sir.
