Oh yeah, in my case, I went with the amp/dac combo sa FiiO, I can tell that my headphones sounds better, much clearer that way...
I could also use it with my Ipod to drive the cans to its full potential.

Yep from notebook usb to dac/amp to headphone. From ipod/iphone via line out to dac/amp to headphone. From android phone via 3.5mm jack to dac/amp to headphone. ok ra pud![]()
pag mu bakasyon ko cebu bro i will let you try the headphones, puhon puhon =D
Anyways, after burning the headphones for 50 hours straight, the result was great! DT 1350 is a beast, it maybe small in size but the sound it produce is the best i heard so far.. the bass, the clarity and the detail is great.. before burn in, the DT 1350 cannot handle very well some of the songs in my playlist, but after the burn in, i'll just put my playlist into random without worrying..
Next project will be DAC and Tube Amplifiers..
planning to go to manila next month. will surely drop by egghead. i can spend hours on that small place. so many cans and amps i wanna audition![]()

It is somewhere Neutral/flat and more on analytical. This would only be the 2nd dual-balanced armature I've listened to after the Klipsch Custom 3 so can't compare much with other BAs, but with Custom 3 the R50 is very different sounding with lots of micro-details revealed, better instrument separation and sound-stage..at least to my ears. Custom 3 is much bassier and smoother, the lows in the R50 is not really lacking as to my taste...dli man pod ko bass-head ug dli kaau ko ganahan mahimong kinda dark-sounding na ang track.. I just like it warm most of the time.
As being used to dynamic drivers and limited Armature-based driver experience..the R50 is a indeed a very ear-opening experience. R50 keeps surprising me from details I haven't heard before(like there were details I heard more from the Brainwavz M4 than other IEMs in it's class like SoundMAGIC E30 and MEELec CC51 ..clarity-wise only), pero naa pajud d i koy mga details nga wla pajud nko nadungan.. the clarity is addicting..hehe also the good-thing is that I expected sibilance before but it turns out that my negative expectation is not an issue. Another thing I like is that the dynamics and details are still present and well presented even at lower than my usual listening level.
Also, popular comparisons would be other TWFK driven IEMs like Fischer Audio's DBA-02 and Brainwavz's B2. I haven't personally heard both at this moment, but if you did the R50 is said to be a bit warmer and less fatiguing.
Cool review, looks like another IEM worth getting
And seeing that it does not go all the way in to your ear canal, might be a bit comfortable for people with sweaty ears...
