whats the difference between R&D ug CSSC?

My husband applied online last May 2010. Got a call for an iq exam and personality exam last Wednesday last week. He was scheduled for an interview Friday last week. Fortunately he got a call again this Monday that he was hired and filled out employee and bank forms with their HR. Has to wait again for their call again as to their requirements and as to when he would start. God is really good and patience is really a virtue.

ang RnD naa diha ang research& dev sa lexmark printers (e.g. software/fimware/hardware development) ang CSSC naa diha ang tech support, customer service, sales ug uban pa..
