@jason.
ic.. goodluck bro!
I've been looking at the culinary schools for my kid and these are the ones I've been to so far:
1. Academy for International Culinary Arts at the Gallery along Juan Luna avenue in Mabolo.
2. Philippine School of Culinary Arts at Maximilian Hotel along Escario St. Phone: 416-3265
3. International Culinary Arts Academy in Guadalupe boasting "City & Guilds" qualifications. Phone: 256-0461
4. American International Culinary & Hospitality Institute @ ACT Cyber Tower Tel. # 5050918
5. M.O.S.T. in Mandaue offers only a 6 month course. If you're interested in short term, cal Tel. #5167523.
Most impressed so far with the second, but my kid wants to be a pastry chef, and they seem to have a good patisserie program, so I suggest you visit the schools to find out if they have programs that fit your interests, e.g. The third school offers a bartending course that I'm more interested in.
All of these are TESDA accredited, btw, so TS, pili na!

Mahal au!
Two year diploma in culinary arts and patisserie at PSCA: P580,000.00
Two years at ICAAC: P490,000.00
but considering you finish your course in two years instead of four years taking up a Bachelor's course with useless subjects that have nothing to do with being a chef, fights na tingali.
