MERGED: SSS queries (application, requirement, loans, ID)

Here's the story by the time My father died last 2005. We were really having problem claiming his SSS contributions. Its quite a large amount since my father's contributions is about 13 years worth. Until now it hasn't been claimed. Due to unscrupulous hastles and very difficult requirements.

We were trying to claim the said contributions last 2005 and we got the requirements. In fact we've almost completed it. The requirements include tons of birth and death certificate including the parents of the member. Even though they are not the benificiaries stated in the members data.
Here is the problem, we lack the death and birth certificate of my fathers mother. There was no record in City Health. She is from China and we couldn't determine her date of death and DOB. So we can't get any records in City Health that is Death Cert and Birth Cert. Obviously she is already deceased as well as my grandfather.

I don't really see the logic behind the Death Cert requirements of the parents of my father. When in the members data in clearly shows the benificiaries which are us his sons.
The only thing that clearly portrays here is that they are intentionally making it difficult for the claimants to claim the benifits.
Consider that its so easy for them to deduct our salary and very difficult for us to claim.

Y sad kaha nga dugay ang pag process nila ug ID.. Problema jUd na naku ang mga gov't ID..

Mokuha unta akong manghod ug SSS number karong adlawa, pero gi-ingnan na siya sa taga-SSS na wala na daw priority number ug pabalikon na lang siya inig Lunes. Nahibong ko ngano gi-reject siya na 9am pa man siya didto. Katong nagkuha ko ug SSS number, hapon na man ko niadto. Granted, 2010 pa man sad to.

But I'm wondering. Naa ba giusab sa sistema sa SSS sa pagkuha ug SSS number?

share lang nako ha, sa kato lang ni wala pa ka register SSS online, mas maayo pa register mo online para ma-trace ninyo if updated inyo SSS contributions then pwede pod mo mag apply loan online...

Hello Istoryans,

Naa unta ko ask ba about anang loan2x... Kay naka loan ko nga wala sa oras...Hehe..

Ani ni siya, nag inquire lang ko sa akong contribution through online, kining curiosity.. Nag click2x pod ko sa loan... Tapos ang akong loanable amount is 11,500.00. What I did, ni try pod ko ug submit abi nakog naa pa lain details.. ug sa dihang ni diretso naman ug ingon your loan application has been submitted successfully, hehehe..

Mao to April 23, to nako na submit, pagka April 24, 2012. Nag email ang SSS nga approved na akong loan.

Tapos, upon checking today...sa online. Ang Status didto.. Kay Check Generated na, tapos naa nay check number and the amount which is 10,235.00.

My questions:
1. Pila diay na ka months nato bayaran? Kay magsugod ko ug bayad kay karong June na. 503.00 akong monthly daw.
2. Dili ang 11,500 ang check amount diay?
3. Unsa to ang check ipadala sa office?sa balay? or kita mo adto sa ila office to get the check.
4. Asa pod naku kuhaon? sa Lapu-Lapu nga SSS? kay didto man ko nag apply sa akong SSS before. or didto sa Main Office nila nga Tapad sa ACT?
