    sa table lols... Right now gibawi nako ako bfast with
    1 pc NgoHiong na na discover nako atbang sa amo,
    super yummy au ui Nya barato pa

    Ang challenge karon holidays k left and right ang
    parties hehehe... Well I follow 1 pc rule in parties I go
    to, take a pc of every food on the table.. Happy and healthy

    Diet & Exercise is now officially over!! Sa mga nkakita ug nag worry kay nag too nga nasakit ko.. hehehe, thanks God wala ra jd.. naa lang koy ge apilan nga Biggest Loser challenge sa office for a total of 102 days ug unya na ang final result. . for the #10500 #prize from 69kg. I am now 52kg.

    Another good motivation for all of us guys, try doing
    dress-up at nights - those clothes you used to wear
    ages ago and you'll be more inspired to stick on your
    regimen

    So start na abli sa ato mga kaban hahaha!

    Anyway, keep it healthy guys. We can do this.
