Delayed promotions?! Pressures on balanced score card?! Controlled service incentive leaves?! Very inconsiderate & unprofessional program leaders?! And low compensation? Do you think with all these complaints make an employee happy?
Am absolutely not happy with work!!! Unless there'll be unconventional people who would work hard to address employees grievances!!!

taas au expectations nila namo
d jud mosugot na sa cebu ko iassign basig sunod sa mindanao nako ani
....but i get to meet lots of people from luzon to mindanao, learn new dialects, learn to be independent, it has job security coz govt., and good pay/benefits
....im happy
