I understand that there'd be people who would be bad mouthing IMG. That's quite normal because you simply can't please anyone. However, there's a very simple logic. Who are bad mouthing IMG? Are they influential people? Are they wealthy? Chances are, a huge NO. They're just ordinary people who are normally stuck in jobs. Lawyers, engineers, retirees, and basically professionals are joining IMG. They have different reasons such as they want to know more and increase their financial IQ, they want to engage in business, they want to be coached by financial experts, etc. IMG is backed by RFPs (Registered Financial Planners) in both the Philippines and USA and has been operating in the Philippines since 1997 and in the USA for nearly 26 years.

    What does IMG offer?

*Financial management, planning, and literacy lectures. Improve your financial IQ then rest assured you'll secure your future. There is no better financial planner to help and design your financial plan than yourself. You will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to manage your finances and you will be trained to become a financial planner as well.

*Earning opportunity. IMG is ideal for everybody. IMG members can have a career in the financial industry. IMG is a financial brokerage firm, not an insurance, health care, or mutual funds agency. Some are doing full time and are earning twice or thrice than their previous salaries. Some are doing it part time and are earning reasonably. Amount of effort exerted is equals to the amount of income earned.

*Access to different financial institutions. IMG have several partners in the financial sector such as Ayala Land, First Metro Asset Management (subsidiary of Metrobank), Cocolife, Unionbank, Vista Land, Kaiser, PhilEquity Fund, United Fund (mutual fund company of Cocolife and UCPB), etc. These are big time companies. IMG is a big time company and a big time business.

If anybody is interested, you can visit us at 2nd floor JY Square Mall. IMG is open from Monday until Saturday, 9AM until around 10PM. Anybody who is interested can also PM me so I can assist you or we could set an appointment.

Here's a survey to assess your financial situation..

1.) Are you suffering from financial losses as a result of the recent economic downturn?

2.) Are you concerned about any of the following:

    *Too many bills or debts?
*Lack of savings or investments for retirement or kids' college education?
*Not having enough protection in the case of disability, long term illness, or even death?

3.) Do you carry any significant financial responsibilities with growing children or aging parents?

4.) Are you concerned about the future of your job or career?

5.) Do you feel that financial terms such as investments, insurance, debt, inflation, and tax are difficult to understand?

6.) Do you think there is a large number of people in our country who struggle financially and need help to improve their financial situation?

If you answered yes in at least just one of the questions, then you need financial coaching. This survey is intended for you to see where and how do you stand financially. If you lack one or skipped one of the six steps in building the right financial foundation, you are not secure and should compensate what you lack.

IMG to my understanding is a brokerage company and a broker/agent for financial institutions such as healthcare provider, mutual funds, insurance and etc. They used a networking type strategy to promote the products they sell where they recruit members and those members also recruit members of their own and so on and so forth but with a limit in depth and level. Those members in the higher level will get a percentage of whatever those members they recruit sells. So in a way it is a networking company. The only difference is they dont directly sell their own products but instead sells products of other companies, established and reputable companies like FAMI, COCOLIFE, KAISER and etc.

they are legit and is there to help you and educate you moneywise. financial literacy is their advocacy. They will help you and teach you different ways on how to invest and save. Attending their seminars is free, but come on, what's free these days? They still are a company and has bills and salaries to pay. They still has their method of getting something out of your pocket, with your consent of course. . you learn from from them and they may get something from you. sounds fair.

The main products they are endorsing are mutual fund and health insurance. It is a real investment to real company, you can invest if you like and your money can truly earn interest and profit from it. But a word of advise, if you invest your money through them, be very careful and always monitor it. IMG is merely a broker after all and they still has to remit that payment to the appropriate financial institution.

I know someone who invested in a mutual funds through them and 2 months worth if his payment was not remitted by IMG. I myself had experienced such since my health insurance payment was also not remitted. I verified from the provider directly and they confirmed the annual payment I made last february wasnt credited as well. Good thing IMG has issued me a temporary receipt which the provider said they will still honor it and credit my account properly. Yet, had I not verified,well...... Im not sure what could have happened.

Anyway, in spite of this, I dont believe,I hope, its their intention not to remit payments or had purposely done so for their gain. It could be mismanagement or poor internal system since this is not an isolated case because I heard there has been quite a number of complaints. I did some homework and visited a company they are brokering for myself so I can attest the veracity of my claim of such complaints.

My views above might sound contradicting since I both criticize yet am a victim. Well, the reason behind is because I believe in their advocacy of financial literacy and that there are, despite of the complaints, that they truly have helped. I just hope they will sort this out. I dont want to be bias or entirely demean them for after all they once had helped me and opened my eyes to financial literacy.

Pertaining my case, I had already coordinated with Kaiser, the health provider and has a positive response, since they said, as mentioned above will honor the temp receipt IMG has issued. The mutual funds case of that someone I know is still under investigation. He might be refunded, which I think he will, but the interest that he could have earned might not. sayang....

My sound advise, always monitor your investment and if possible bypass agent and invest directly. If you cant avoid agents, constantly coordinate with your agent and make follow ups. ayaw ug ka ikog, its your money. If you have to call them late at night or early morning, then by all means do so.

And remember financial literacy IS ONLY ONE OF THE KEYS to financial freedom....

that is my view about IMG.

    God Bless!

Kinsa ang MD nga naghandle ana? Ifollow up gyud na pirmi.
In my experience, I found out nga wala giremit akong premium nga worth 2 years sa akong MD.
I suggest invest na lang ka straight to mutual fund companies instead of IMG, wala pay labad sa ulo.
And Kaiser? I suggest you get a health insurance and life insurance plan instead of Kaiser. Kaiser only provides a coverage of 5 years, after that, wala na kay health care. Invest the rest in mutual funds. Mutual funds give much better returns than 10% per year.
