    Ang QA dili just part sa metric pero basehan if nagtarong ba ang agent o wala. Like autofail = termination? IR ug CSAT ang metric sakto ba? Mas maayo magperform pirmi para mamaintain ang excellence. Goodluck teh, share exp ha.

    grabe jud ka seat shortage ang comcast. daghan man gud kaayo newbie pareha nako. hehe. maayo unta mabalhin na ta sa tgu. nice didto kay daghan kaayo elevator. nice unta if dual monitor atong gamit para daghang space para sa mga tools.
