Shift: Depends on which account you will be handling.
as for Sales these are their Shifts:

    6am-3pm
    2pm-11pm
    10pm-7am

These are fixed schedules and monthly rotation.

For Undergrad, sorry but iComm does not allow undergrad.

    Additional:

    Quantity versus Quality

We are selective when we hire because we are a little different. Many companies take the “fishing with a net” approach to hiring. The question for you is: do you want to be treated like a fish or an individual?

Companies that do not take the time and care to find the right people are either hiring for disposable “jobs” or they don’t mind wasting time and money in their hiring process. iCOMM is not one of those companies. People are our most important asset. From the moment we recruit someone to the time they may decide to move on, we strive to foster an environment of respect. We only ask the same in return. Once someone becomes a member of our team, they belong to something special, and they are always treated accordingly.

    Opportunity versus Obscurity

Not the smallest, not the biggest….just right, and that’s how we like it. If you want to make a difference, you should too. When opportunity knocks, will you listen?

iCOMM is a medium sized company that is both local and multi-national. While we have interests all over the globe, we operate with a corporate culture of a much smaller company. Our flexibility allows us to grant freedoms not usually available in larger companies…the most important being the opportunity to initiate and create. Tired of being anonymous? If you have ideas, like to solve problems, and you have drive, you will get your chance at iCOMM.

    Substance versus Style

We do not try to entice you with promises, dazzle you with a brand name, or wow you with a millon perks. If those things matter to you, remember that your career is not a pair of jeans. Why not invest is something that will last?

Most of the major multi-national companies that are starting operations in this country have dozens of identical operations in other countries. Many others are the back or “other” office for headquarters somewhere abroad, and their workers are usually performing the easiest and least critical tasks. And in order to get a foothold wherever they enter, many companies talk a really big game during the recruitment period. iCOMM in contrast is the center of our operations which extend around the globe. That means we are here to stay, that we keep the promises we make, that we are heavily invested in the business in the Philippines and of course the great people who run it..
