i remember doing the same style and approach when I am still in high skul... ;-p

nowadays they don't use tables anymore for the design, they've been using divs already, I've a reply together
with the codes, you might try looking at it again, those are really helpful!!

I remember before there was a debate about the use of divs and tables for design standards.. (will google it for you)
the next step you'll get into is combining your divs knowledge + css...

if you have problems with design you can post your code here both the stylesheet and your code,
many here are willing to help you.. Try also joining some other forums or try to study how cool websites do their css ;-p

Try ug transfer bro, daghan naman free hosting na wala ads, then kuha ug imo domain (300+ ang .com/.net/.org or 100+ na .info) pero ug wa pa ka wawart kay pwede sad ka makakuha ug free domain na .co.cc
