    3. Reform the electoral system so that government will subsidize all election cost and make it unlawful for candidates to spend any amount. When candidates win without having spent a centavo, they will not have anything to recover by steraling from the treasury. Voters will also be able to assess the candidates properly thru televised debates.

    4. Industrialize the country. Start with building plants to process ores from our mines instead of exporting them to other countries.

    5. Reform our educational system. Impress upon our children love and respect for our country. Teach them discipline.
kini.. angay ni siya ma-presidente.. mao ni nindot usbon.

napa huna2 sad ko ani dah...hehehe

Cguro i-implement ang strong discipline sa gov to ward off corruption. if unsa-on?aw, mag himo ko ug vigilante nga puro ra gov official pang tigukon...haahaha.

about sa foreigners owning lands?not a good idea, as foreigners! it is expected that they are more "can afford" to buy anything that they would wish to buy to their luxury or business, they're money has more value than ours. Tendency is, you'll open a door to bring us to the time where us Filipinos became slave in our own soil, given our current economic situation!!! there are those who will be "kapit sa patalim", magtoo ta di-ay dali nga kwarta, then maabot ang time mahurot ra ang halin kay na shock, gasto diri gasto didto. sayon ra raba gastohon ang kwartang dili hinaguan.

    get rid of corrupt officials
    invest on agricultural programs
invest on the country's educational programs
invest on health care and health programs
get the "street children" off the streets (nobody seems to care for them anymore, even the government and the church)

i believe we should improve our country first before inviting investors to do business here. that would eventually follow if we can improve our country "from within." because i believe we can't just invite and convince investors to come here and invest when our country is in total chaos "inside." those investors cannot see the real picture, but we Filipinos can.. because we are part of that chaotic society. so b4 we actually impress the world market with how good our country is for their business, if i become the country's next president, i will first resolve our own local struggles and after everything's n proper place and everything is ironed out smoothly, then that's the time i get to the world market and invite investors.
and by then, id do my next program, Provide employment opportunities to all!
