okey.... your too negative na gyud...

hehehe... of course padung sa mga athletes.. if this is from a private pool of money... the public are nothing to worry about it nah... kung ang monetory from the government imo gi ka balak'an... walay monetory prices nga diha2x ma hatag gyud dayon coz it goes to different prorcesses of checking before it can be handed to the recipients...

so mas maau gani nga naa private sectors nga diha2x hing hatag dayon (no question ask)... if not for them... dili na sila ma hatagan ug pang palipay sa mga champions nga ing'ana ka pas2x... and as I said before, it was mentioned before the SEA games about the prices for Disneyland... and nobody complains... ngano man kamo man nuon ang hing complain nga dili man mo ang gi hatagan!...??

actually bai i would not say i'm a very negative person... i'm just very suspecting with this people who claim nga generous sila og would gladly help our athletes cause. Then you are telling me to trust 100% on Mike Arroyo's intentions?

kung ang monetory from the government imo gi ka balak'an... walay monetory prices nga diha2x ma hatag gyud dayon coz it goes to different prorcesses of checking before it can be handed to the recipients...
grabe sab na nga checking bai noh? Kanos-a pa gud to nakadaug og silver medal si Onyok Velasco... ambot pila kaha ka percent nga gi-promise sa mga politiko ang nahatag.

it was mentioned before the SEA games about the prices for Disneyland... and nobody complains... ngano man kamo man nuon ang hing complain nga dili man mo ang gi hatagan!...??
I'm not really against rewards. I just share (gamay) the opinion of the writer that mas nindot kong diri locally gi suroy. Much better ang athletes gipa-buot kong onsa jud ilang gusto. Kalipay man kaha sa athlete atong gi-apas?

well it's onyok problem now.. kung wala niya na dawat.. but did we hear that he didn't ? well who knows.. maybe you know... can you shead light on this issue... if issue ba kaha nah...

TAKE IT or LEAVE IT!!!

actually he did receive some cash rewards but not all that have been promised was given. that the last thing that i've heard about it. But I hope that nadawat na niya tanan.

it's not that gusto nako nga anhi ra jud sila sa Enchanted Kingdom coz I believe this athletes would grately appreciate anything that was given to them. If Mike promised them that he will bring the athletes to Disneyland then he should fulfill it and at least he kept his promise.

But my OPINION stays that the trip could be much in good use to our local economy kong tuod dinhi gigasto locally.

thats the problem... your opinion is late... coz it already been promised and one more thing... mike and the private sector that gave the incentives is not the government... and thats whats the problem with this thread title also. If you really want to check all the action of MIKE, you could at least be there everytime he talks... so you could give him your opinion... your just riding the critics anti-bandwagon and thats the problem with your opinion.

Grabe, hastang pagHatag gi question pa gyud.

Lisod gyud ni e-please ang pinoy. Voluntary ra gani ni mamili pa gyud. Hastang kapili-an. Maayo pa no, wala nalang ni
reward si Mike. Maayo pa no, wala nalang siya ni saad. Sus!

    Imagine. . .

209 athletes plus some members of their families

Their sheer number required two jetliners to bring them to HK

plane fare, hotel, food, land and water transportation, tips and sundry expenses plus $300 allowance.

You can just imagine how much dollars are spent for this junket. (hungkit as pronounced by Hank Azaria in a movie).how many overseas Filipino workers toiled long hours to send that much foreign exchange here.

Whatever happened to the DOT's campaign of WOW Philippines. The trip only enrich Chinese and American businessmen in HK.

Besides, the medalist prefer to receive cash equivalent rather than the trip. Why insist on HK? To show to the world that the Arroyo family are generous people? Hypocrisy.

Mr. Arroyo shpould have set an example of frugality in this times of economic crisis instead setting a spending spree in the scale of Asiong Aksaya. And Mr arroyo should patronize first Philippine tourism instead of the foreign tourism.

The trip is not justified. Its pure waldas of money and dollars.

It maybe a waste but in the end, its their money, not ours, so silay makabuot unsaon nila ug gasto.
