I think the topic on SRP's closure deserve to be on another thread. Am sure lat-an jud ka tolstoi sa imong pag laban ni tomas. whatever the reason for closing it- for the people of Talisay- it will never be justified cause he allows car racing there. I for one, see no reason why it is so. priority na diay hinoon ang car racing para ni tomas ? i really thought he was going to change his ways and practice humility after his near-death experience. Di ba he suffered some sort of stroke or aneurysym? I guess he hasnt. Padayon man gihapon iyang pagka arogante as if he intends to live forever or he thinks he is the exception to the rule. if he can just learn the virtue of humility- what a nice gift it would be to us cebuanos. just maybe, we might have the best mayor in the world next time around.
also by the looks of him, he is not doing anything to help himself healthwise. In Tomas' case, his lack of popularity comes from his arrogance and hardheadedness. their methodology is questionable since for example a single person can register for a thousand/multiple accounts nominating their favorite mayor..

Tomas hard-headedness and arrogance only affects those people who considered him as fiend and those who opposes his decision/ways in delivering good services to the people of cebu..he and his party had a clear mandate last election since they all got landslide victory from congressman down to councilors..a clear manifestation that people of cebu trust the mayor's credibility and competence in running the city sans his attitude!
