    i agree w/ adie and wsaxe, dugay2x sd ko sa teletech mga 1year and 3 mos (accenture acct), in every call center there is "politics" pro grabe sa ttech oi samot na sa accenture pwera gaba sa "bosses" as they say ky wa gyud ayo. if youre doing good w/ ur stats ikaw ang mga queuing (sorry if wrong spelling) hehe ang uban agents tag 15-30 min ang avail ikaw nagbula2x na imung baba ky cge ka receive ug kol. I dont see any logic at all ky parehas ra mi sweldo tanan pro mas bugbog pa mi kaau sa floor.. I dont see any difference or improvement (management side) at all the way it is handled right now and before that the account started last year.. Maau lang gae "pinanga" mi sa amung TL bahalag dghan lates ahehehe..

    statistics show that North America still has the largest bite of the cake. 40% of BPO's still in NA. so its not just labor cost.

    and about the politics, sakto gyud, kusog kaayo ang growth reason why naa shortage sa talents, so ila nalang cguro kuhaon ang duol nila para dali ma control.

    baga kaayo ang politica sa callcenters.

    hehehe.. mau diay naka train ko ninyo sa floor? uptraining siguro..hehehehe.. wana sad.. i went home na sa akung hometown diri iloilo.. im currently teaching here in UP Iloilo sa mga japanese na students..

    i dont know whats happening sa accenture..the last time na ni visit ko katung mga early august kay dili na sila 24/7...tsk tsk tsk.. murag 16hours nalang.. bad sign.. ganahan ko mubalik train ug motivate sa mga agents unta but still naa ra ko hesitations 'cause of experiences pud naku diha sa ttech cebu...

    @potterboy - not specifically labor cost..you're right 'bout that... but unta ang sweldo natu diri sa pina i-increase pud nila kay, we deserve more than that jud!

    thats true there is also politics in where ever we work
