Ironic now that i look back, i have learned the straight leg press handstand (then the rest of the press hs followed) on my own.and only after i attended a 3- hour HS workshop 2 weeks ago have i learned the handstand pike press up the day after and i am able to kick up to a hs a week after when i decided to try.Back in August of 2017, i tried kicking up and piking but i hurt my head and just practised the press. I guess, the fear stopped me from pursuing the hs kick and hops then, but now, after having being able to hold a minute of hs presseups, my core must have been the Biggest Help + (Minus the fear of kicking and hopping) Now that i can do both, Just weird.I never used the wall in all my practice,IMO, Muscle Memory is also very important aspect in any HS aside from shoulder mobility, wrists strength, core inc the back etc are equally impt
