The best architects are those that complement and incorporate existing trees into their design or go around it regardless of what their clients think. They should have an independent streak and nurture a heart for trees and the environment. These are rare architects though, rarer than a white Sumatran rhino.

u can have a good architect if u are a good client.
common ra jud ang plano sa usa ka balay.
gikan sa entrance...living room...dining...kitchen
or the interconnecting functions among areas of a commercial building,
industrial, hotel, condo, condotel, apartment, and the likes.
daugon ra jud na sa materials gigamit sa outside appearance sa balay.
walay mahimo ang architect sa gusto sa client though the arki can advise her/him
the design approach. pero mostly sa clients, naa nay reference designs for the arki to modify.
dli magpatuyang ug design ang arki without clients' consent.

the best way is to find a minimalist arki who economizes the area & whose principle is less is more
anha nimo makita how brilliant the arki is.

i agree with you. we're looking for an architect too, someone who is creative and can maximize on space. bilib kaayo ko sa mga architects nga hapon kay they really know how to utilize small spaces and light, and the work is functional, practical, harmonizes with the surrounding environment and is beautiful to behold. maayo unta naay minimalist and economical nga architect diri sa cebu nga barato sad. *cross fingers.

Hello, mga architects ! Mangutana lng ko, unsai buhaton anang mga nag take-up og college course nga architects?? Layo ra kaayo na sa Fine Arts?

Kay naglibog mn gd ko kng unsa ako i-take. Ganahan jud ko mag architect, pero gnahan mn pd ko ka experience og Fine Arts kay naay animation, graphics design..... Tabang ! Slamat daan !

Same problem, but for me , those are just coexistent subjects sa architecture. This is basically why naa ng mga photorealistic architectural renderings except lang sa mga mediocre architects
