    PHP, ASP, Phython, PERL, (basics ra)
    FTP, SSL, SSI, CRON, CGI's, IIS, SQL, using SHELL... ug uban pang malang mananap! (gitudluan mo ana?!)

    one more thing.. i've learned how to have fun!.....
    that's the keyword...

    so dont ever say nga stagnant ang learning ( sa uban call centers tingali.... kay naa mn call flow ug script... ) ang amo tawn.. pwera buyag!...

    considering sa lifestyle sa mga taw karon..
    especially sa first world countries..
    nagkadaghan ang products... daghan problems..

    Call centers is here to stay and its growing/expanding. A lot of companies will be getting on with merging departments and customer service areas to provide a one stop call center for their customers/clients and the public in general. It can save these companies money in terms of operating expense by streamlining their operations and opening up call centers as a one stop resource.

    Of course! I don't see anything wrong with working at call centers. At least it's a decent job, it's better than stealing, peddling your flesh or conning people for a living, di ba.

    of course..i've worked in a call center a year ago pero i stopped kay naa ko sa laing planet ron but when i go back it's either to pursue another degree or work back in another call center, it's just a matter of discipline and time management para you will not feel "left-behind"..hala oi unsa'y "no-brains" ang nag work in these intitutions gud intawn na before ka maka sulod you undergo exams and usually top 3 ang kuhaon, well to each his own..lain lain views sa mga people pero whatever path we choose goodluck natong tanan!! tagay!

    ok raman pud siguro call center..ang importante naa trabaho dili pabug-at sa ginikanan..and to think makabuhi nana sa usa ka individual ang sweldo sa call center..

    you have to think all the time to solve the caller's problem..
    you have to understand, symphatize and so on...
