There are 4 roads/routes going in/out of Brgy. Lamac. I've tried all 4routes and by far there's only one i can recommend to all those who wish to visit the place.
    -From San Fernando highway
    -From Lutopan highway
    -From Medja Once, Toledo highway
    -From Pinamungajan town proper

And with all these routes, the best by far is the Lutopan Highway crossing. It's only 7kms, with about 2kms of rough & stony road. The rest of the drive would either be on spooth paved gravel, or not so smooth cemented road.

And regarding mobile phone signal, you'll be lucky to pick up Globe, with Smart & Sun having better reception, but still shoddy at best.

If you plan to visit, better bring outdoor gears. Like flashlights, tents, etc. The place has a lot more to offer than just the Wavepool, best if you plan to stay for the weekend. And bring extra food too...

And if you ever do plan to visit soon, please do drop me a PM. I would very much would welcome you as much as i can. As my place is just about 100mtrs from the resort's entrance (though i'm here in the City most of the time). I can offer to show you around Lamac.

And btw... The Wavepool is NOT the 1st wavepool in Cebu City. But rather the 2nd one.

The 1st title goes to Imperial Waterpark Resort in Mactan Island
