Once again, PAG-ASA is downplaying this weather disturbance... Hehehehe, JMA (Japan Meteorological Agency and JTWC (Joint Typhoon Warning Center) predicted almost similar figures, pag-asa 75KPh lang.. ahehehehehehehe..

Outlook doesn't look good indeed. Althouh there is a chance that it will track a more northwesterly direction and then NNW'ly para dili direct hit ang visayas.
