U know what bilib jud ko sa mga companies such as this because contract or bond doesn't help in retaining employees. Even if the employee has a bond but still he really want out because of some reasons, the employee will still be going out by paying the sum amount of the bond. Companies such as this, don't have contract or bond, for sure has a very good management system, competitive salary and benefits, enjoyable working environment and among others...

I know a few years back that Intel in Manila don't give contracts to their employees after attending an external training abroad. But still the company has a low attrition rate way back then. So contracts and bonds is not the solution if you want to retain talented and skillful employees...

Actually, it's first of a kind project maybe here in the philippines or in the region. Unya kabalo ka unsa age majority sa developers? below 25. To think ang project is very critical. Why do you think ila man gipili ang mga bata nga dev? To think impressed pa ang client sa current status sa project.

    So you think

In some cases, i agree that having an experience is a big advantage in doing a certain task but fresh grads are always seeking to improve their potential. It is also a big insult that a fresh grad accelerated eventually than an experienced person. It's is just finding a way on where you can improve more on your skills. Actually, a fresh grad here who had an experience in dealing with the seniors but it does not mean to say that they are always good in any way... To all had a bad experience dealing with the fresh grads, why the seniors help them to grow instead of saying not good things to them... You can be of help to them for some ways... Just help them grow!

I agree with this. It is not about the age but how good the person is in his/her work. There are managers who are younger than their staff because they are good and dedicated in their work. Of course this is excluding for those who are sipsip and politicking.

I agree. Some people attain higher positions in the company just of being sipsip regardless with their achievements and qualifications! I already experienced that.
