I talked to some of my law classmates about this and they strongly agree with secession. "Many are willing but we need a strong leader for us to follow", we said.

Native Catholic Scots were driven out from their lands, killed and were left to starve unless they convert to the queen's "Anglican church" which is a class D imitation of Catholicism.

the same empire (UK) has instigated the Potato Famine in Ireland to decimate the Irish and populate the entire Ireland with Englishmen. good thing that Ireland has decided to part ways with their English overlords. it will be difficult from the beginning, but look at ireland now. they are now able to stand on their own.

The Great Irish famine could be a possibility to Visayas and Mindanao. And we are seeing it now. There was no hereditary loyalty, feudal tie or paternalism as existed in the pre-19th century Ireland. Ireland was a conquered country.
Farmers in Mindanao/Visayas who worked as farm tenants living in impoverish conditions, governed by absentee landlords who lives in Manila. The harvest time comes, and all money goes to Manila.

We need to stop Manila from taking our money. What we earn, we spend it here.

all those offices have to go through manila because they will get more under the table money. Take the LTO for example. Before nganhi gi buhat ang license plate. LTO cebu was getting a lot because of the special requests. any license plate with a number 8 requires additional 5000php. 888 is automatic 20,000php. 168 is also automatic 20,000php. it's prolly greed that got them requiring originating in manila.

it's possible jud, but people in Vis-Min should organize a civil unrest inorder to be heard sa taga Manila. Inig election, vote for candidates that can lead the people on this secession issue. It's that simple.

    Don't be so simple.
I'm pretty sure I'm better informed than you are, given that I have family living in Scotland and that I hold a UK passport. Perhaps it is you who should do your homework?

    nah, this isn't fraud/rigging.

Scottish people have their identity whether they are part of the union or not. They know that.

A lot of the YES voter's are irrational and frenzied, they can't accept the fact that they're anachronistic minds are the minority in Scotland.

That's one pretty big family you have there to give you a better assessment of the situation. I may not agree with you but taking things in a general level is never conclusive.
