Again and again, this has nothing to do with the date the article was posted. This is about the statement made by PNoy in this article versus the reality that is hounding Mindanao for how many years na.

Kelangan dyud recent ang post? Dili pwede magstart ug comparative discussion of a statement made in the past to a situation currently happening?

Better to criticize than to accept mediocrity. That's how we ended up with our government and oligarchy. Oh, and no need to talk to Petilla. I'm sure he's heard my arguments from the Mindanaoans before.

Hmmmmm.... Posting without really even knowing what this topic is all about? Would you happen to know what really is going on in Mindanao? My statements uses "is" - present form... In short current. Ang statement ni PNoy - pay higher rates or live with brownouts. Just to give you a quick run through, before ang price per KWH sa Mindanao more or less 4 pesos ra, now it's at 9 pesos. Almost the same as the price per KWH here in Cebu. Isn't that a higher rate? And why are we still suffering from 8-10 hours of power outage? (Again, using "are", present form...in short current).

So again, what's not current about the topic?

Previous statement (based sa article) versus present/current (higher) power rates and still living with brown outs. Kana ang point diri.
