i'm on you bai na ang current state sa atong judicial system is so flawed yet i'm hopeful nga ma fix ni sa hinay2. i'm happy to see some bills currently filed in the senate which intends to fix and enhance our justice system
16th Congress - Senate Bill No. 2139 - Senate of the Philippines
16th Congress - Senate Bill No. 2138 - Senate of the Philippines
JUSTICE IN GRAFT CASES? Only 5 justices hear 3,000 cases in Sandiganbayan - Drilon - InterAksyon.com
if it's in the laws, then so be it. but applying that here in PH is close to impossible since most of the people here will not approved it. might in case that law will be repealed. death penalty is a concrete example.
tell that to his parents @mang kulas. akoy mabuang nimo nga ang innocent kid is now WORTH TO BE KILLED na diay in exchange to drug lords.

death to the rapist!
Drugs do really show the true nature of some,
that is being savage akin to an animal.
When someone is on drugs he can't recognize family members, friends and authorities thus the crimes.
The root cause of this is illegal drugs so this should be eliminated once and for all, not the users or pushers. This excuses no one. Anyone can be a victim, even professionals are getting hooked on it. And as we all know, the end result is obnoxious. It's time to end the war on drugs. But unfortunately, some of our lawmakers prefer to legalize it.
