    Height: 5'3
    Current weight:162.8 or 74kg
    Target weight: 121 or 55kg

    1. Exercise sa treadmill every morning before breakfast kay mao daw na ang effective na way.
    2. Eat full breakfast 1 cup rice and sud-an. You have to feed your body kay ma stress sya if e deprive ug food, then mo gain na hinuon ka ug weight.
    3. Lunch is 1/4 cup of rice, sud-an then apple for pabusog. Apple contains pectin that heps lose weight.
    4. Snacks is wheat bread.
    5. Dinner is wheat bread or oatmeal
    6. 7pm walking for 30 mins. around the subdivision

    Dali ni sya nga way mo lose weigh para sa ako because tried and tested na but ang problema is I LACK IN SELF DECIPLINE.. Then I tend to skip meals which is very bad kay once e starve nimo ang imong body, the more kuno sya mo keep ug fats kay mahadlok sya makulangan ug supply. So therefore dapat mo toltol jud daw ug saktong oras sa kaon and eat small but frequent meal to avoid starving yourself, regular and na follow ang body clock nimo sa pag eat and sleep at least 7-8hrs/day.

    Kita kits ta ninyo sa January 15 dri para sa atong update sa atong na lose na weight

    pass kos exercise krn buntag kay sakit akong paa sa squats ug mountain climber. ako exercise kay tag 15 mins sa buntag ug hapon. more on spartan workouts lng kay wala koy equipment. nka search ko sa net anang suspended training exercise. naay nka try ani?

    Heard about TRX exercises from my friend who's into that.
    It's more intense but downsized to a number of exercises
    rather than going through a whole lot of machines in the
    gym to work out.

    This what happened to me before, focus au ko sa numbers then on
    my first month, I gained na nuon, depressed daun. But when I forgot
    about it, cge ra jud work out and eat healthy food, next time I weighed
    in, dako ako nabawas... Hinay2x Lang

    ako man sad ko gi monitor ako timbang and bp daily. aw o dil gyud ta padala ani. naa nku matrials para sa akong DIY. ma gamit na nani nku. at least ako bp from 140/100 down to 120/80..

    murag dapat atong i-apil monitor atong bp kay importante sad ni. my two cent
