Current weight:162.8 or 74kg
Target weight: 121 or 55kg
1. Exercise sa treadmill every morning before breakfast kay mao daw na ang effective na way.
2. Eat full breakfast 1 cup rice and sud-an. You have to feed your body kay ma stress sya if e deprive ug food, then mo gain na hinuon ka ug weight.
3. Lunch is 1/4 cup of rice, sud-an then apple for pabusog. Apple contains pectin that heps lose weight.
4. Snacks is wheat bread.
5. Dinner is wheat bread or oatmeal
6. 7pm walking for 30 mins. around the subdivision
Dali ni sya nga way mo lose weigh para sa ako because tried and tested na but ang problema is I LACK IN SELF DECIPLINE..
Then I tend to skip meals which is very bad kay once e starve nimo ang imong body, the more kuno sya mo keep ug fats kay mahadlok sya makulangan ug supply. So therefore dapat mo toltol jud daw ug saktong oras sa kaon and eat small but frequent meal to avoid starving yourself, regular and na follow ang body clock nimo sa pag eat and sleep at least 7-8hrs/day.
