if the lady was leading on the boss and then just dropped him then maybe it was a mis-interpretation.
but the fact that she has denied the boss of his advances shows that she's not interested. and please take note that she REPEATEDLY disregarded and rejected his invitations. so i don't think that there was any mis-interpretation there. i think the "boss" just can't take that he was rejected by a pretty woman even if he's the boss...ego tripping man. and how could there be any mis-interpretation when the boss was clearly looking for some booty...what kind of man says i love you but takes you to a cheap motel? and whats worse is, he's the freaking boss? hahaha

Coz it doesnt state here that the Boss is married.

how do you collate or document a sexual harrasment evidence? lure your BOSS to kiss you and record it via a digicam? or put a videocam near you and entice your boss to get near you so you can capture his advances?... is'nt it fabrication already?

or ask your officemate to testify against your BOSS?

I beliv this legislation has a lot of gray areas.

what misinterpretation? asking a subordinate in "going with him to a motel" has the same meaning however you translate it.

why a motel? are they gonna finish up on their reports in a motel? are there no WI-FI in other locations? why not at Starbucks? or at a restaurant? a fastfood chain? anywhere.. somewhere public.. tell me again what's the main purpose of motels in the Philippines?

what victim? tell me again who made the illicit proposal in case I "misinterpreted" that part of the story?

A Male Boss who repeatedly invited his pretty female subordinate to go with him to a motel. He would often times get near her work area and whispers sweet nothings to her, like "i love you". The pretty employee repeatedly disregarded and rejected the invitations, until her Boss get mad. please stop re-inventing the circumstances. make a decision and stick with your original story.
