But I have never wished to kill a person regardless of what they have done as I understand that even criminals have the rights to live, that's why we have due process in courts and we have prison cells.

Bai, I also worked in a callcenter, and I'm one of the victims as well. I got mugged here in Cebu, nadunggaban pa jud ko. Sure, it comes in my mind na mo patay ko og taw. Pero nangimbabaw gihapon ang Moral na akong nakat.onan nga dili maayo mo patay og taw unless if you're in the process of self defense. I also don't want my tax to be paid of those vigilantes who kill people because that will give them some kind of power that can easily taint even the strongest will of a man, have you ever think of that? If Duterte is supporting them, doesn't that means that he is paying them as well?
