I tried it.... lost 10 kilos in two months time. I was 73kg before, and reached as low as 63kg. Karon kay nag stop usa ko ug diet kay busy ko nag study, and I need good food in order to have a healthy mind. Naa ko ron sa 66kg.
Don't blame the fat on rice, it's the excess calories that makes us fat. Know your daily calorie intake and macro nutrient breakdown and you can freely eat rice. Don't be a slave to food.

^Eating rice is fine as long as you're within your daily calorie intake. Rice is not the culprit.
