mga brothers, not to make flames naa lang koi kwestyon, naa uban ni ingon dili sila bisaya pero kamao mo speak our native tongue...

please pwd ninyo isulti were mo, (ang usa uban ra ah..kay ang others they say they are not a pure cebuano, but half2x..others says been here long time and learn to speak our language.) how about sa uban nga dili taga cebu, pero kamao mo speak...taga asa diay mo..hehehehehe

Just to be clear, this thread is for non-bisaya who live in cebu for quite sometime. Gusto ko lang malaman kung ano naging experience nila sa pag stay sa cebu. So far ok naman experience ko, na culture shock lang cguro ako. I find cebuanao/bisaya easy to be friend with. Yun lang di maiiwasan na may mga die hard/close minded/non-sense cebuano pride. Di ko ma gets kung bakit asar sa mga tagalog, iniisip ko na lang na may bad experience sya sa mga tagalog kaya ganun.

My point is not all from luzon are racist or feeling superior sa mga bisaya. I find it strange na may ganito pa lang attitude ang karamihan or iilan sa mga taga bisaya kasi di ko ito nakita sa ibang nakilala ko like ilocano, kapampangan and bicolano . Of course di na rin masisi dahil may mga bad experiences sila.


So far eto yung mejo na iba sa nakasanayan ko.

1. Ketchup sa siopao - Di uso ang asado sauce
2. Patis = toyo(wala akong makitang fish sauce sa lugawan)
3. Ok taxi dito compared sa manila. Sakto sukili di ka pipilitin mag tip.
4. Mas ok traffic.
5. Di ko ma gets yung number and letter sa jeep. Usually kasi route yung nakalagay kung saan dumadaan ang jeep.

I am not even from here, I'm from mindanao...and at first shocked sa attitude sa cebuano, sometimes other cebuanos sound very loud, like they are angry, but actually they're not.

Cebuanos, mostly loved to tease each other..nyehehehe, and I find it cute and unique....
