Nganong i-quarantine man? I don't get that, it's not contagious nga murag SARS virus. Are you in Cebu? I'm sure you can go to any hospital in Cebu, and get tested. From what I remember, when you do an immunoassay test and it comes out positive for antibodies, you then do a 2nd immunoassay test. If that 2nd one still shows a positive result, then you do a confirmatory test like the Western blot. I'm so sorry about this, sis. I truly am. I've actually been thinking about you and your husband. When I log in sa iStorya, I check kung naa na ba update. I wish for you and your husband and your kids to all be ok.

tnx dorothea, ok ill do this. im in cebu. and so, what will i tell to the attendant? mag pa immunoassay test ko? or mudiritso ku ug ingun mag pa HIV test ko? naa kaha ni nga test sa high precision? or muadto jud kug hospital? sorry kaayo sis, if i may sound ignorant about this, dili naman gud ko ka tarung ug huna-huna unsa akong buhaton gud..huhuhuhu!!!

usually hiv test kits ra na dri ang buhaton. if negative ang result tagaan ka result dayn. if reactive ka, then mag.wait nsad kag upto a month or more for the confirmatory test.

and also naay mga other conditions na mka.false positive sa test, that is why it needs to be confirmed but while the confirmatory test is in progress (1month or more wait time), dli na sultian ang patient about sa iya results. this is to protect the release of false information, and not to make the patient worried in those times. ky devastating kaayo nang mkadawat kag result nga hiv positive ka. paeta..

I hope false positive ra to ang result TS. nka encounter pud mi ana before na nag false positive ang patient. para gawas sad to iya. done several test on several hiv test kits ni positive jud but after mi nka.dawat sa confirmatory test it turns out na negative ra. and also we have a batchmate before na positive cya sa test kits but on quntitative antibody analysis negative ra cya.. so naa ghapon hope ts na negative ra to. Pray lng always.
