if he/she is not used to tell lies, you can see it through his/her eyes, actions, manner of speech, etc.
If master na, lisud na mabal-an especially those who believe his/her own lies. Ang lies ky mura nag truth pra nila.

hmmm....
Sometimes, us girls become paranoid when we are told the truth... We're given explanations but we still ask for the same questions over and over again... I was guilty of that... But then I got tired and I got so sick of overthinking if people lie to me or not...
So I said to myself, why do I have to care if what they told me was a lie or not? Liars are always liars... If I asked again for the same question, its either I get the same answer plus the irritation progressing into fights progressing into (perhaps) getting hurt...
What I usually do, I just believe and trust them... People do and say things because they do have reasons. So I just let them be... Eventually, people tell me the truth specially kung makunsensya sila... People lie sometimes cuz they dont want people to get hurt... But then the truth always set people free.
As for my end, I do trust my boyfriend with all my heart cuz I know that everything he says or do makes perfect sense and if ever he keeps secrets from me, it's usually a beautiful surprise waiting to make me smile.

Just assume that everyone is a liar to some extent. If the truthfulness of a statement is inconsequential, then just ignore it. Society, in general, works this way. Otherwise, believe only if there's sufficient evidence.
