    Mine:

    Mon - Back
    Tue - Arms
    Wed - Off/Rest
    Thu - Legs
    Fri - Chest

    its stronglifts 5x5, originally introduced to me in the main thread by noelngyawa , its done using 5sets using 5reps each...i personally use this on the bench press, deadlift and squats then sometimes on the shoulder press...i use this to build overall strength as well as mass and density...

    i'm planning to target my core (midsection)...

    can you suggest a workout program for me?
