Hello sir, good morning! sa imohang case sir, mas maayo ma diagnose nato thoroughly ang unit since naka mention man ka nga mag hangup siya bisan mga low-end apps ang imohang padaganun, like browsing excel etc... plus naka experience sad ka ug clicking noise sa imohang laptop wherein you suspected nga gikan sa hard drive.
