    mag ask ko ba, ang amount na pwd nmu ma loan sa pag-ibig dependent ba kng pila na ang imu na contribute. i know for a fact na requirement tong 2 years contribution, pero ang how much mo affect ba na if pila imu ma-loan.

    ang sa amo companya mn gud ang minimum ray contribution,,,nya plano ko maghousing loan, basi gamay ra ma approve >,<

    thanks kaau sa reply.

    @naomifc,
    initial requirement rmn nang 2 years of contribution. regardless of the amount na siya.

    Your succeeding monthly contributions will then be adjusted according to the loan amount granted. The higher the amount, the higher your monthly contributions will be.

    naa na sila table for that. nalimot ko if I have a copy pero wa nasad ko kahibaw asa nakabutang man and maybe outdated na sad to.

    just went to pag ibig and bpi ganiha.. Both kai mo require jud ug title sa yuta or any collateral before approving the loan. Ang naka pait ani kai wala mi title sa yuta kai government man ang getukoran samo balay. mag wait pa daw mi ana akong mama na maka bayad ang tanan residents sa mo lugar..

    yes, ma'am. need jud ang land title or contract to sell if wa pa nahimuan.
    tasagaran scenario sa contract to sell ky kana sa ongoing development and ready to move in nga mga properties pero ayha pa i-process ang land title/tranfer of land title if nabayran na sila sa financing firm.

    if government owned ang yuta, la lang hinuon ko kahibaw ana ma'am.

    ay, by the way, pra asa diay imo applyan sa loan? payment sa lot alone? if yes,
    try ask sa in-charge if pwede ba ang gov't na mismo maka-grant sa longer term to pay the total contract price and ipa-adjust lang ang price. kung sa private sellers (developer or individual property sellers), tawag ana ky in-house financing.

    EastwestBank
    Citibank
    Planters Bank..

    @lescraman,

    I see. if house renovation, murag need najud ang land title if dako2x ang amount and if housing loan jud imo i-apply
    pero if gamay2 ra gani unya makaya sa lain type of loan, i-try nlng pud ma'am.
    murag mas kuti raba ning loan for renovation ky mag-need pa og building permit (ang uban, not sure if tanan mo require. it would depend sa extent sa renovation siguro whether minor or major renovations).

    If naa mo'y lain ika-collateral nga lang title since wa pmn land title and i-renovate nga property, pwede rmn pud.
    if lot only, approx 60% of the market or appraised value.
    if with structure and depending on the materials used, years it has been built, etc--- approx 60% ra gihapon of the market value of the total contract price that includes both lot and the structure.
    if bag-o and not yet occupied or used, 80-100% of the appraised value and/or the contract price depending also to the "seller" or developer if affiliated and trusted na nila. pero mag-lahi2x pud sa lain2x nga banks ky ny uban naay minimum land area and/or floor area required.

    @moy2x,

    di raba ko kahibaw if pwede ba maka loan while naa pai unsettled housing loan sa pag-ibig sir. naay work imo sis? if di paka pwede makaloan balik, try nlng nga siya apply for you under her name.

    if di gihapon ma approved,
    try sa banks under your name lang gihapon. i-declare mana nimo imong existing financial obligations and i-check nila if kaya paba nimo to pay nga dunganon.
