    This story is very inspiring... to date, i'm 226 lbs down from 238 lbs last june (when i finally decided to live a healthy lifestyle). Way to go for my ideal weight of around 160. I don't skip meals but i try to avoid meat for almost a month now (and most importantly, reduced beer consumption, lol). I jog regularly and ride bike on weekends!

    Tig bike man sad ko bai, busay ko M-W-F Sat. Sunday out of town. Kadtong naa pako cebu sa una.

    Utangan pa baya kong willy sa saging, wa nako kabalik tungas. hahahhaa

    Hehehe... pautang diay si Willy sa saging? Uling-naga nami on weekends, ang problema lang sa bike kay
    time consuming kaayo... unya pwerti inita hehe!

    used to weight 143lbs with a bit of pandesal in the tummy ky aktibo kau ko sports
    biking, Football/soccer ug jogging..then pg graduate nko college
    ni dako ko since dili nko active sa sports.. ng gym2x ko balik2x mga 5X ni samot ko dako
    now I am 95kgs/ 209lbs. target to go back to 143lbs
    just started playing football/soccer every sat and 30mins Jog everyday
    ... I need to sweat heavily
    bsn ng reduce ko ug food intake hinay mn kau ang epekto

    Ingna-on raman nimo balik ka ig ka ugma. kapila nana nako mabuhat, pero dia toi higayun nga nakahuwam ko, nakuwangan kog dos sting ug saging, ingon ko mubalik rako ugma will, ugma ng dos. tando ra siya, pero sukad ato wa nako kabalik kay nisugmat najud ang tapul.

    kana akong struggle ron bai. ingon akong trainor firm your back and chest, para mainat pud apil ang imong tiyan, which is effective. naay workout para tiyan jud bai, but if mag concentrate raka para tiyan, pangit effect ana. dapat full body workout not spot reduction.

    kana sang energy ball, effective sad na. daghang effective bai, but first start with D-I-E-T.
