There hasn't even been an investigation. Nowhere in the report does it say that the investigation concluded they were drunk. There's the claim of the victims, and also the sole testimony of the room boy.
From the report: "The
victims claimed that when they were already very drunk and half-conscious, the Koreans brought them to a motel in Lapu-Lapu City."
Basaha ug tarong bro, it says the victims claimed, not the investigation concluded...
Being drunk by itself doesn't mean it wasn't consensual ***. It needs to be drunk to the point where there's no consent. These are all allegations at this point and rape allegations should be treated with a healthy dose of skepticism as it's a non-bailable offense.

you kidding me? the investigation says their drunk. what investigation would you like? unless you will volunteer to investigate the case.
What if you're also the one falsely accused? I bet you'd change your tune. This is about giving fairness to both sides, as an earlier poster said a rape claim is already biased against the accused because of the shadow of doubt that is cast on his integrity even when the claim hasn't been proven.
Accused have rights to presumption of innocence even if they are Korean. And no I never said in any post that I know everything, I just gave my opinion that I think it's a scam based on what's mentioned in the report. You jumped to conclusions because you misread the report, plain and simple. You said the investigation says they're drunk even when the report never said that. In fact it seems that there hasn't even been an investigation yet when the report was written...
What kind of investigation do I want? An investigation that yields evidence, such as forensic evidence that corroborates the claims of the alleged victims. You know, standard stuff that's required in a criminal case...
