i have bad experience with this store also - i promised my self never ever to buy from them.

same here..walay au ang customer service sa Junrex..and also sa Audionet....mura sila masuko if u ask about sa ila mga baligya....AS IN makita gyud nimu sa ilang mga expresions nga samukan or dili lang gyud sila ganahan mahalinan..maybe it reflects sa ilang tag-iya...

Agree sad ko ani kay bati kaayo ko experience aning duha gyud ka store. When you go inside their stores they size you up to see if you can afford their merchandise. All I can say is ka lo-oy sa tag-iya... Basin sad wa mag kahinanglan sa sales...

why man what happened?

well im in cebu now, and i went to junrex yesterday. super arrogant ang girl nga ako na talk. she said na there's no prob daw with the unit though wa ka pass sa QC kay naa man daw sad warranty. DUH!!! the point here is they could have told us about there units before we paid them. we paid them the right price for the wrong units. well i know what to do next na. wayangal you said you still have your o.r why man afraid ka for your right?

naa man portion didto sa contact us wherein u can write ur suggestions..
pero kun ako nimo, tok to their manager kahit na via fone lang para mag complain kay mag anad na cla noh!
snob kaau ang mga staff sa sm, makalagot...halos d mamansin even if mupalitay ka!

murag dili lang jud ang JUNREX nag sell ug mga units nga wala ka pass sa QC...or wala sad ni agi sa NTC... daghan na sila...agi lang ug underground...

lousy ra sad kaayo sila nga gi butang nila nga defective ang unit sa resibo...im sure nasayop to sila ana...
