because CHINA has a lot of experience in semiconductors and celfone creations which is ideal for NOKIA's business.. plus its easy access also for NOKIA to tap supplies there needed in their business..

Sakto ka bai but one thing is missing. The increasing labor cost the Chinese workers are demanding from companies.
