I am all for her. Even if she stands to earn from corruption sa projects, the undeniable fact is muabot ra gihapon na sa atoa. Anhi na nato padulong kita maoy maka bentaha. Hay labi like so called Cebuano Senator Osmeña, ang kasagaran projects tua sa Manila.

Pina Drilon ba na lantaran kaayo overpricing sa projects pero tanawa ang Iloilo.

Sorry I should have made myself clearer. I did not mean projects from the PDF which is a measly 200m/year. I meant real substantial projects such as the Iloilo airport. Screw flyovers and overpasses you can keep those.

The Senate Finance Committee approved today a P5.500-billion infrastructure fund that will pave the way for the operation next year of two of the biggest air transport projects in Region 6, the New Iloilo International Airport and the Negros Occidental Airport.

You can find Serge Osmeña projects in rural tagalog. One in Manila I can remember is found near PGH. While both can be from PDFs the R-1 Expressway Extension or the Manila-Cavite Toll Expressway (CAVITEX-MCTE) project is not. Projects like this are what we need not an overpass going to every mall.

Gwen as aggressive as she is ( call it greed, ambition, whatever) will not limit herself to the PDF. Naanad na siya billions ang iya budget so without doubt she will find ways to raise funds for whatever she has in mind. She does not think small. Let's just hope what she has in mind is not a bigger Balili like pond.

i dont think i will vote for her... for 9 yrs as a governor im not convince on what she has done here in cebu. onsa pa kaha kung masenado cya? the fact that gwen did not even won in her HOMETOWN!!! kung ni apply pa ni cya ug work sa big companies di ni madawat ky after a CI with her neighbors...pwerteng hagbunga ani niya!!! though we do need a cebuano senador but i dont it will be her. how many garcias are there in congress and we will include her as a governor... what did the garcias did anything significant for the cebuanos?!! NOTHING!!! all they want is to control CEBU!!! its already a family affair for them in the politics but the question there is...DID THEY DO ANYTHING FOR THE CEBUANOS??!! these politicians only uses the people from their homeland but the real BOTTOMLINE is POWER AND MONEY!!! cebuanos doesnt need a cebuano senador but rather a CEBUANO LEADER! regardless of what position he/she will have in the government!!!
