if there are 16 exceptions to the rule ... then this is the way BOLAY-OG should approach the problem ... with Consolacion/Cordova as an avenue to rectify the 20-year wrong done on the 400,000 residents of my Mandaue ...

@madmom: madam if you clearly read all the post in this thread you will see that it wasnt me who started it....and i see that you are telling me that i wasnt reading his post...Madam i strongly advice that you read my post so that you will be enlightened as to why it is not possible..."as of the moment to make mandaue a lone district"....i know your sentiments as well as reclamador....but as of the moment...there really is no way....cause by doing so it will leave cordova and consolacion without a representative....

as stated in the previous post it says that some congressman...i think its garcia who plans to change the groupings of the congressional district and by this will give mandaue a lone district....

Let me make it clear Im not a pro nor anti quisumbing....Im not from lapu2, cordova, mandaue nor consolacion....and im from cebu city....
