I hate to admit this but i also went on the same faith. Like you, i also bought a pair of sunglasses from a member of this site and unfortunately i end up buying a fake one. I demanded a refund but i was turned down several times. To teach him a lesson that he will never forget, i went to my friend lawyer and decided to initiate a criminal case for swindling/estafa. Our case is currently lodged at MTCC Br. 8 of Cebu City and hopefully a warrant of arrest will be served unto him.

I hope this will serve as a WARNING to those people who will take advantage of someone else's kindness and vulnerability to deceit.

mao jud ni dapat buhaton sa mga ga claim nga nailad sila. lets hold them accountable through due process of law...like in this case, I think all documentation is covered basing on the thread (exchange of messages with dates etc..). magsalig ra jud ning uban tingay ug pangilad kay igo ra man ta moyawyaw dre sa istorya. Kaning uban man gud, bisan kapila pa nati e post ilang pictures dre ug unsa ilang nabuhat, basin baga na jud kaau ilang nawng and they dont care at all? besides, sa ilahang own environment, kinsa ra man sad kaha ang istoryans nga mahadlok sila nga makit an ilang pictures online? so d ra jud tingay kaau sila mahadlok kay tan aw nila ilahang mga friends dili pud mga istoryans and not very likely nga makit an ang mga posts like this. To teach them the real lesson...I really recommend nga pasakahan ug kaso.
