I finally visited the store. It isn't big but Jing and Rocky were so accommodating. I asked for a D3100 demo unit and they let me try it. Sadly, they didn't have a demo 35mm 1.8 lens but no need. They can sell me a D3100 body without the kit lens for around P 25K. The 35mm 1.8 is around 11K. Good thing I didn't bring my credit card but payday is just a week away and my hands are really itchy.

Pity the Nikon strap is white text over black. I was hoping they'd retain the strap with the yellow band.

Anyway, if my budget allows, I'd probably be a dual system user by next week. Para sa sunod naa napud Canon vs. Nikon, maka ingon ko, "Guys, guys, please. Both are good. See I have both." Mwe he he he.

Thanks for the likes but it's really a good thing I didn't bring my credit card. Now that I've thought about it, it may not be a good idea to have two systems. For one, I'd increase my overall costs - imagine buying two original flash units for two different brands. Sakit sa bulsa. But it's really good to know that if I do decide to switch, Nikon has a service center I could rely on for support.

wlay mga filters or any accessories... ang nakita ra nako ang lens, bodies, tripod ug nikon bag (usual pakapin)
