F*ck this motorcycle dealer,Please take note " Des Marketing Radaza Plaza Lapu-Lapu Branch "
A month and a half ago, I bought yamaha fz. This has been my second motorcycle. To think that I bought my first motorcycle from their sister company in mandaue I decided to buy the second one at the nearest branch despite my bad experience during former one thinking that I had a transaction with their affiliated company and for that reason they might have treated me well. Before I bought it, I made sure when I could get the registration by asking them several times about the date when this snail moving service of their of getting the registration. It has been said that right after 1 month you can get it. After one month period,feeling excited, I called their office. However, they said the registration was not released yet. They told me to call back lately. Unfortunately, I have been calling this F*ckin office over a hundred times for three weeks now asking this bullshit registration but still not available. What on Earth this company is up to? I confronted the in-charge " elen or helen" asking for speedy release but she just said that i might have bogged down due to the corruption at LTO office. She said Du ek sam( des marketing ) had coordinated with a fixer but no idea why it was delayed. I could have considered this situation if this only happened to me. The other day I was there, the anonymous guy approached to me and asked how long it would take to get a motorcycle registration in that company and I was like "what!! We are in the same boat!! MOreover, friends and colleagues said that this company has terrible service about processing motorcycle registration. Many people wait for long time to get this shit but their progress of dealing with it is terribly slow. I can't describe how I am pissed right now. I really want to ride my new motorcycle but I can't. All you people here, don't purchase any of their item. If you do, be ready to be pissed!! Let's give them a lesson !!!

might have something to do with timing....timingan nga ang liason officer kay as i understand it, by batch na ang kuha sa registration/plate...

mine took less than a month.....DES Tabok.....

my first unit was bought in DES tabok pud.. it was released a day before 1 month period. Ni call kog balik ganiha sa office ingon napud nga basin three days later, balik tawag napud. hahay..
