This government should be addressing more pressing issues!
The constitution is supreme above all else. This government is toying with the unpopularity of Gloria amongst the masses and using it as a tool to cover its incompetence in handling more crucial issues.

We have a drug trafficker due for execution in China and we are begging the China's Supreme Court to spare the Pinoy. Are we planning to send Binay everytime there's a Pinoy to be executed in China? The problem is this government is doing all the shortcuts. Ang mahitabo ani kai di na gyud nuon mapriso si Gloria just because of technicalities this administration should be weary about from the very beginning.

In constitutional law, a highly revered maxim says it all 'The end does not justify the means' for after all we are a nation of laws and not of men.
