It's different to his last two films in that there's no reality, it's all scripted with actors. Takes a long time before it actually starts getting funny and many of the jokes don't work. Worth watching for a handful of scenes, but ultimately disappointing.

*His Arabic accent sounds a lot like Scottish at times too.

yep, actually, I liked Borat, but after that (Bruno), it became stale. But I think his funniest work was in the Da Ali G Show. Got to admit though, it was good for a few laughs.

This is a slapstick comedy, what do you expect? If you listen to the script people, you'll find Baron Cohen's comic is way different from other slapstick comic. This is much better than any slapstick comedy from a Jim Carey film or any Steve Martin film.
